The NAORA Process

Six stages. One managed service.

Every NAORA engagement follows the same six-stage process — planned by NAORA, communicated in plain language at each step, and delivered as a structured monitoring record. Your site team stays focused on the build.

Program

Real-time evidence for program-critical decisions.

Live in-situ strength and temperature trends provide additional evidence to support conversations around saw cutting, stressing, formwork removal, loading and sequencing. NAORA provides engineering-reviewed monitoring and clear milestone evidence to support informed construction decisions within the project’s approved QA process.

Your Team

From installation to final report. One accountable partner.

NAORA manages sensor installation, live monitoring, project communication and engineering-reviewed reporting, so your team always knows where the concrete stands.

QA

A structured Concrete Performance Record, ready for engineering review.

Independent engineering review through BCRC is available where required by the project.

Delivery standards

Four standards every NAORA project follows.

01 · Accountability

One delivery partner

A single team responsible from pre-pour brief through to the final reporting pack.

02 · Communication

Plain-language updates

Milestone and exception notifications with defined escalation contacts confirmed before the pour.

03 · Installation

Consistent field standards

NAORA personnel on site for every placement. Every sensor photographed and logged.

04 · Outputs

Records ready for review

The Concrete Performance Record is structured for the client, project team and nominated engineer. Independent engineering review through BCRC is available where required by the project.

Phase One

Before the pour.

Planning and installation are locked in before pour day so nothing is left to chance.

01Pre-Pour

Everything Agreed Before Pour Day

Placement, thresholds and program dates are agreed with your team and aligned to the project specification.

  • Pour plan reviewed with your site engineer or foreman
  • Sensor placement mapped to your program
  • Site access, PPE and inductions confirmed in advance
  • Pre-pour brief circulated to your foreman and QA lead
You will hear from usPlanning call within 24 hours of engagement. Scope confirmed in writing before pour day.
02Deploy

Every Sensor Installed Correctly

We install, verify and test every sensor before concrete is placed. Depth, spacing and orientation are documented for the project record.

  • NAORA personnel on site for placement and verification
  • Depth, spacing and orientation photographed
  • Signal check completed and live monitoring verified before the pour begins

Phase Two

During the cure.

Continuous data collection with proactive updates. Your team stays focused on the build.

03Monitor

Live Project Monitoring

Continuous data collection with trend review at agreed milestones through the curing period.

  • Continuous data collection
  • Temperature differentials tracked against thresholds
  • Trend review at agreed milestones
  • After-hours coverage confirmed
  • Milestone notifications sent directly to your nominated site team
  • Thresholds and notable trends are flagged in plain language to your nominated contacts
  • Escalation when thresholds are approached or exceeded
You will hear from usMilestone and exception notifications as they happen.
04Alert

Alerts When They Matter

Threshold exceedances and notable trends are flagged in plain language to your nominated contacts.

  • Plain-language notifications with context
  • Trend insight to support sequencing decisions
  • Observations tied back to your program
You will hear from usEscalation when thresholds are approached or exceeded — nothing routine to wade through.
