Owning sensors and running a consistent monitoring program are different disciplines. NAORA provides the managed layer — placement, monitoring, communication, and structured reporting — so the technology is applied consistently across nominated pours, within an agreed scope.

How does this relate to cylinder testing?

Concrete maturity and temperature monitoring generally operates alongside the project's specified sampling, laboratory testing and compliance regime. Requirements must be confirmed with the project engineer, specification and relevant stakeholders. Laboratory testing provides results at specified test ages; in-situ monitoring provides continuous visibility into temperature and maturity development within the monitored element.

Who attends site?

NAORA personnel coordinate and deliver the on-site components of the agreed scope, including pre-pour planning, sensor placement, installation records and curing monitoring.

What happens if a sensor issue arises?

Where a delivery issue occurs, NAORA works promptly with the client and relevant project stakeholders to determine the appropriate response in accordance with the agreed scope, site conditions and service terms.

What if the report needs to be structured differently for our engineer?

Reports are prepared for review by the client, project team and nominated engineer. Structure and content can be adjusted through the agreed scope so the report supports project QA documentation and engineering review.

How does this affect our compliance regime?

Sensor monitoring complements — rather than replaces — the project's specified sampling and laboratory compliance regime. Cylinder testing remains the responsibility of the project's nominated testing provider unless separately agreed.

How do we start?

With a defined pilot scope on one nominated pour. NAORA confirms scope, sensor quantities, monitoring period, deliverables and commercial terms before booking. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the completed pilot engagement.
