We already have sensors. Why engage NAORA?
Owning sensors and delivering a consistent concrete performance program are different disciplines. NAORA manages the planning, installation, monitoring, communication and reporting, giving project teams clear visibility into concrete performance across every nominated pour.
How does this relate to cylinder testing?
Concrete maturity and temperature monitoring generally operates alongside the project's specified sampling, laboratory testing and compliance regime. Requirements must be confirmed with the project engineer, specification and relevant stakeholders. Laboratory testing provides results at specified test ages; in-situ monitoring provides continuous visibility into temperature, maturity and in-place concrete performance throughout the monitored element.
Who attends site?
NAORA personnel coordinate and deliver the agreed on-site scope, including pre-pour planning, sensor installation, installation records and ongoing concrete performance monitoring.
What happens if a sensor issue arises?
Where a delivery issue occurs, NAORA works promptly with the client and project team to resolve the issue in accordance with the agreed scope, site conditions and service terms.
What if the report needs to be structured differently for our engineer?
Reports are prepared for review by the client, project team and nominated engineer. Report structure can be tailored to support project QA documentation, engineering review and client reporting requirements.
How does this affect our compliance regime?
Sensor monitoring complements — rather than replaces — the project's specified sampling and laboratory compliance regime. Cylinder testing remains the responsibility of the project's nominated testing provider unless separately agreed.
How are engineering decisions made?
NAORA provides monitoring, reporting and quality documentation. Milestone recommendations are independently reviewed by the nominated engineering partner in accordance with the agreed project scope.
What do we receive at the end of the project?
NAORA provides a complete quality record summarising monitoring activities, milestone history, engineering review, key project events and concrete performance throughout the agreed scope.
How do we start?
With a defined pilot scope on one nominated pour. NAORA confirms scope, sensor quantities, monitoring period, deliverables and commercial terms before booking. A pilot allows the project team to evaluate the service in a live construction environment before deciding on any broader implementation.
